PURCHASE LIMIT OF (6) TICKETS PER RESIDENT.
Ballroom doors open and the cocktail reception begins at 6pm and dinner will follow.

Bring your special friend or loved one to the Starlite Ballroom for our “Purple, Pearls and Prosecco” Valentine’s Gala.  You will be wined, dined, entertained and serenaded all evening long.

A guitarist will start the evening with serenading music, while you enjoy up to one well-level drink and hors d’oeuvres including chicken cordon bleu nibbles with Dijon mustard cream sauce and Buffalo cheese stuffed mushrooms smeared with marinara sauce and crispy basil.

The next course will be an assorted bread basket with butter and a spring mix salad with beets, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles and candied pecans drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette.

An intermezzo course of acai berry sorbet is presented next.

Before dinner is presented, choose to have a glass of Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc or a non-alcoholic drink along with your main course.

Choose one entrée:
(B)  NY Strip steak with garlic herb butter
(S)  Atlantic roasted salmon sprinkled with red caviar and drizzled with citrus champagne sauce
(V) Teriyaki Tofu stir fry with a variety of Asian vegetables and Jasmine rice topped with tuxedo sesame seeds.

Each entrée is paired with tri-colored roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in garlic butter and roasted cauliflower.

The final course is a blueberry and white chocolate cobbler cheesecake, Prosecco wine and coffee service.

This evening is a formal affair and will be limited to 158 residents.  Seating will be at mostly six-person tables or at four tables that seat eight people.
