New Years Eve Parties – BALLROOM
Tuesday, December 31st

Ballroom doors open and hors d’oeuvres are served at 6pm.
Dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

$72 per person.  Your ticket includes entrance to the street party at 9pm. Everyone will conclude the evening in the street with energetic music, a glass of champagne AND a fireworks blowout at midnight!

RESIDENTS ONLY.  EACH RESIDENT IS REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR ID BADGE BEFORE EVENT ENTRY TO SECURITY OR STAFF.

PURCHASE LIMIT OF (6) TICKETS PER RESIDENT. 

Enjoy an elegantly served dinner.  The dinner menu will start with the following hors d’oeuvres: eggplant roulade stuffed with honey goat cheese and served with arugula and balsamic glaze and smoked salmon potato latkes served with creme fraiche and dill.  A glass of Pinot Grigio and dinner rolls accompany a mandarin orange salad with arugula, spinach, shaved fennel, candied walnuts, dried cherries, parmesan cheese and citrus vinaigrette.  A glass of Pinot Noir, Sancerre, sparkling cider or a non-alcoholic beverage will be served before the main course.

Choose one dinner entrée:
(B) Grilled Lamb Chops topped with Cabernet demi sauce
(P) Pancetta wrapped Pork tenderloin topped with a Dijon mustard cream sauce
(S) Pistachio dusted diver Sea Scallops topped with citrus buerre blanc
(V) Ricotta stuffed shells topped with baby spinach, crispy artichokes, sundried tomatoes and tossed in a parmesan cream sauce.

All entrees are complimented with garlic buttered green beans and creamy parmesan risotto. Dessert will be a chocolate trilogy cake topped with chocolate glaze and coffee service.

IF TICKET(S) ARE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON, THE FOOD SELECTION IS ALSO TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW TICKET HOLDER. IF ADVISED AHEAD OF TIME, THE ACTIVITIES OFFICE MAY, OR MAY NOT, BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES DUE TO ORDERING DEADLINES.

Ballroom will accommodate six people at a table and a few tables can seat eight people. Enjoy wonderful entertainment with the Z Street Duo.

Event Participation and Photo Release Agreement:

At any given notice, the Solivita Activities and FitWell offices may cancel or change an event, class, date, time, location or entertainment. Unless otherwise noted, ticketed events including food and beverage will include tax and gratuity. Attending Activities and FitWell events and classes grants Taylor Morrison, Castle Group and Solivita Club permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to be published any photographic or videography image and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent, restrictions or limitations whatsoever.
