The Solivita Community, an award-winning Active Adult Community in Central Florida, would like

to invite your business to support our annual Salute Our Veterans Golf Tournament on Saturday, November 9^th, 2024.  We anticipate over 150 Solivita residents and guests will participate in the Golf Tournament this year.

For this year’s Golf Tournament, we are soliciting sponsors.  If you choose to participate as a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to setup a sponsor tent and/or display a 24”x 18” sign on one of the tee boxes on the golf course to advertise/market your company in a community where solicitation is normally prohibited.  You will also have the opportunity to distribute promotional products in 150 participant goody bags. Goody bag items must be received by Tuesday, November 5^th, 2024 and brought to the Activities Office located at 385 Village Drive, Poinciana, FL 34759 – Bistro 2^nd Floor.

In appreciation of your company’s participation, your company will receive special recognition in our monthly community newsletter, Reflections, listed under “Thank You to our Sponsors” page.  This newsletter is received by over 10,000 Solivita residents!  Your company will also be thanked in an email blast which goes out to the entire community.

This will be a charity event so all proceeds collected will benefit The Veterans Club of Solivita sponsored charity, Soldiers’ Angels.

Deadline for sponsorships extended to Monday, October 28th, 2024.

Event Participation and Photo Release Agreement:
“Castle Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Castle Group and the respective community the event is happening in, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Castle Group may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Castle Group including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.”

“Participation in Lifestyles events are voluntary. By participating in these events, you fully acknowledge the risks involved and waive any liability against Solivita Club.”

Activities and Fitness Disclaimer:
At any given notice, the Solivita Activities and FitWell offices may cancel or change an event, class, date, time, location or entertainment. Unless otherwise noted, ticketed events including food and beverage will include tax and gratuity. Attending Activities and FitWelll events and classes grants Taylor Morrison, Castle Group and Solivita Club permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to be published any photographic or videography image and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent, restrictions or limitations whatsoever.
