Ballroom doors open at 11:30am
Demo begins at 12pm                                        

$20 per person
RESIDENTS ONLY

Executive Chef Nezzar and his team will greet you with a refreshing cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink.  Chef will then show you how to make several Brunch dishes and a dessert.

After he makes it, you get to taste it!
You can ask questions about these recipes or any other culinary questions you may have.

Raffle prizes are awarded.
