FREEDOM PARK EVENTS ARE CANCELLED UNTIL NOON

It’s time to spring clean and get rid of your old or hardly used items and sell them at the semi-annual yard sale.  When you purchase a vendor spot, the size of a parking space, you get another parking space free to park your car and conveniently unload your items.

Vendors can set up STARTING at 6:30AM and the sale will be open to the public from 8-11am.
There is NO CAR OR GOLF CART RE-ENTRY AFTER 7:45AM.

The Activities office does NOT take vendor space placement requests and does NOT supply tables or chairs to vendors.

Any items not sold can be brought to the donation truck, if available, which will be located in the Freedom Park parking lot.

Vendors are not permitted to park their car overnight.

*** Refunds may be requested up to five (5) business days prior to the event.  Call or email Activities for a refund request.***

Event Participation and Photo Release Agreement:
“Castle Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Castle Group and the respective community the event is happening in, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Castle Group may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Castle Group including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.”

“Participation in Lifestyles events are voluntary. By participating in these events, you fully acknowledge the risks involved and waive any liability against Solivita Club.”

Activities and Fitness Disclaimer:
At any given notice, the Solivita Activities and FitWell offices may cancel or change an event, class, date, time, location or entertainment. Unless otherwise noted, ticketed events including food and beverage will include tax and gratuity. Attending Activities and FitWelll events and classes grants Taylor Morrison, Castle Group and Solivita Club permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to be published any photographic or videography image and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent, restrictions or limitations whatsoever.
