PURCHASE LIMIT OF (6) TICKETS PER RESIDENT.

Ballroom doors open and the cocktail reception begins at 6pm and dinner will follow.

If you like to be wined and dined all evening, plan to attend this enchanting snowman themed affair.  We begin the evening with a cocktail reception including live violin music, a drink of your pleasure and hors d’oeuvres including lobster bruschetta topped with cherry balsamic glaze and parmesan cheese and candied bacon wrapped dates topped with whiskey glaze.  The watermelon and mint salad course is mixed with feta cheese, red onion, black olives and served with champagne vinaigrette.  The Intermezzo course of mango sorbet is served next.  A glass of Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, a non-alcoholic beverage will accompany your dinner entrée.

Choose one entrée:
(B) Beef Short Ribs topped with Cabernet demi glaze
(S) Limoncello infused Flounder topped with lemon crab meat and drizzled with limoncello demi glaze
(V) Stuffed Portobello mushroom with Israeli couscous, roasted red peppers and pesto.

Dinner entrees are accompanied with creamy parmesan gnocchi and snowman nose baby candied glazed carrots.  Everyone will then conclude dinner with a glass of dry Riesling, Snowman Bananas foster cheesecake with strawberry drizzle, chocolate sprinkles and coffee service.

IF TICKET(S) ARE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON, THE FOOD SELECTION IS ALSO TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW TICKET HOLDER.  IF ADVISED AHEAD OF TIME, THE ACTIVITIES OFFICE MAY, OR MAY NOT, BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES DUE TO ORDERING DEADLINES.

Finally, grace the dance floor to the sounds of Park Place 5 Band and get your professional picture taken at the Christmas Tree.

This evening is a formal affair and will be limited to 128 residents. Seating will be at mostly six-person tables or at four tables that seat eight people.

TABLE 22 seats 6 and is located right of the stage/dance floor

At any given notice, the Solivita Activities and FitWell offices may cancel or change an event, class, date, time, location or entertainment. Unless otherwise noted, ticketed events including food and beverage will include tax and gratuity. Attending Activities and FitWell events and classes grants Taylor Morrison, Castle Group and Solivita Club permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to be published any photographic or videography image and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent, restrictions or limitations whatsoever.
