^{Freedom Park Parking Lot}

^{Event Entrances will open at 3:15pm for the Tailgate Section for $30 per person and 3:30pm for General Admission for $25 per person.}

^{The party is from 4-7pm.  In case of rain, the event will move to the Ballroom.
Adult guests welcome.  Limit of (8) tickets can be purchased per resident.}

Huddle Up Solivita, Here’s the Game Plan! 

Our tailgate is not only sports centered, but also inclusive to any group of your buddies from social clubs, neighborhoods, personal interests, classes, sports or other fans, private group of friends, etc.   

We have two ways you can play hard: Tailgate Section or General Admission. The Tailgate Section is up front by the entertainment and music and includes 2 reserved parking spaces, up to 8 attendee entrance tickets, 1 golf cart entry, 1 6ft table and 8 chairs.  General Admission is an open area where you bring your own chair near all of the festivities.

Tents, tables and potluck food are welcomed in all areas.

Stand-alone and a mobile cash-only bar will roam for your convenience.  Every ticketed attendee will enjoy DJ John, After Party band, strolling entertainers, games, photo booth, food trucks, competitions and lots of fun.

GRILLS and OUTSIDE BEVERAGES, including water, ARE NOT PERMITTED.

The competitions held throughout the party include men and women’s furthest football throw, highest basketball score, most hulas and longest hula hooping time, dance competition, Best Tailgate Group Theme and a food taste contest!  The food taste contest includes the following categories, and a recipe must be provided: Best Chicken Wing with Specialty Sauce (no Buffalo or Teriyaki); chips and a unique dip; and any dessert.  Ticketed attendees are to register for the food contest by emailing SolivitaActivities@CastleGroup.com with your name, ph.#, the ticket purchaser name, the category and the recipe by Sept. 23^rd.

FREEDOM PARK RECREATION EVENTS ARE TO HALT PLAY FROM 12PM-9PM.

Event Participation and Photo Release Agreement:
“Castle Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Castle Group and the respective community the event is happening in, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Castle Group may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Castle Group including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.” “Participation in Lifestyles events are voluntary. By participating in these events, you fully acknowledge the risks involved and waive any liability against Solivita Club.”

Activities and Fitness Disclaimer:
At any given notice, the Solivita Activities and FitWell offices may cancel or change an event, class, date, time, location or entertainment. Unless otherwise noted, ticketed events including food and beverage will include tax and gratuity. Attending Activities and FitWell events and classes grants Taylor Morrison, Castle Group and Solivita Club permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to be published any photographic or videography image and/or likeness for promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent, restrictions or limitations whatsoever.
